Communication & Timelines

    WORKING HOURS

    I work Mon-Fri, 10am till 3pm, UK time (GMT +0). All communications and work will be dealt with within those hours, unless previously agreed and in exceptional circumstances.

    I allocate work for each clients to specific days of the week. If urgent tasks come up, I will do my best to support you but I can't guarantee that I will be free to do so. To avoid disappointment, please allow at least 48 hours for new tasks to be completed.

    COMMUNICATION

    Communication will happen via email (ilaria@ilariasambi.com), Telegram or Clickup (depending on the project and client’s preference). I will create a Clickup board and we'll use it to track tasks and priorities.

    If you are under an hourly retainer, the time spent answering your emails, in videocalls with you, installing software, uploading and downloading material is considered billable time.

    CHECK-INS

    I will keep you updated regularly on the progress of your project, If you are on a retainer package, we will be having bi-weekly calls to check on progress and performance.

    PAYMENTS

    If you paid a deposit, the second instalment is required after the handover call. I accept payments with Stripe and bank transfer. If you want to pay in a different currency than GBP, I'd recommend to look into Wise in order to save on the currency exchange fees compared to banks.

I like to (very) occasionally tag my clients in my stories and posts, to celebrate their success and to show the work I am doing for them.

I never show or talk about confidential information.
