QUESTIONNAIRE

Your next step is filling a short questionnaire that will help me gather all the information I need to work on your project.

We use an encrypted system so don’t worry about sharing your passwords in the form, it is safe to do so.

Please can I kindly ask you to fill the questionnaire at least one week before your project start date (which I shared in your welcome email).

Useful Information

TIMINGS

Email marketing standard projects usually take 2 weeks to complete or less. This timings can increase if you purchased some add-ons (like domain purchase and authentication, extra sequences, etc.)

You will be assigned to one of my trusted team members who will follow your project from start to finish.

They might contact you to request to grant access to your platforms.

When the setup is completed, you will have the option to book a live walk-through call with my team or myself, where we’ll show you how your system works and how to edit the setup.

THE WAY WE WORK

My team’s core hours are Mon-Fri, 10am until 3pm, UK time (GMT). All communications and work will be dealt with within those hours, unless previously agreed and in exceptional circumstances.

We aim at replying to emails within 24 hours, often earlier, but sometimes later.

I will communicate with you via email (ilaria@ilariasambi.com) and you are welcome to email at any time with questions and requests during the time the project is ongoing.

Your package also includes 2 weeks of email support at the end, to make sure that you are still fully supported while you start getting familiar with your new platform.
