Thinkific is an amazing platform for creating and selling online courses. It has a user-friendly interface, customisable course-building tools, and powerful marketing features.

I recommend Mailerlite to everyone who wants to manage their email marketing themselves. It's free to use up to 1000 subscribers, the automations are great and creating opt-ins, landing pages and email newsletters is super easy

I recommend to use Wise! (former Transferwise) to transfer funds to a different currency, whether you are going on holiday or pay people or being paid by clients overseas. The fees are way lower than with bank transfers.

Scribe
A powerful tool for creating quizzes. You can do a lot with the free version, even create landing pages! The range of templates available makes it super easy to create visually appealing pages and quizzes.

I use Starling for my business account and I love the way the app looks and how easy it is to visualise all your transactions and expenses divided by categories. You can also create “pots” of savings and set up direct debits to them.

This scheduling tool is free to use for one booking type. It takes the hassle out of booking meetings by letting clients pick a time that works for both of you, syncing with your calendar and sending reminders.

I use Otter.ai when I can’t use my hands to type (mainly when I am driving!) to note down ideas before they leave my brain forever. You can also link it to your Zoom/ Google Meet and get accurate transcriptions of your meetings.
